There are two types of Aubergine:
• The long aubergine has high potassium content. It is nutritional and diuretic, it is ideal for high blood pressure and it helps lower high blood fat levels, which is why it is recommended to those with high cholesterol problems.
• The round aubergine is a low calorie vegetable.
