In this way lemons with an extraordinarily agreeable taste with an absolutely balanced acidity level can be obtained. Probably, it is one of the most interesting novelties in the field of citrus fruit growing and for our country.

Saturn peaches and nectarines

Apricot
The objective of our Project that started ten years ago is to attain the highest quality.
Varieties that belong to the COT group, which have a great flavour, and a high degree Brix have been chosen; specific organoleptic characteristics and an impeccable appearance. Our apricots grow in Italy (400 ha), Spain (150 ha) and Tunisia (100 ha); in this way it is possible to increase the supply and prolong it for several months. The fruit is harvested at the perfect moment of ripeness to guarantee a top class taste for consumers. The overall production amounts to nearly 9000 tons and it is mainly commercialized through large scale distribution.
